DALLAS, June 7, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Imagine taking part in a Shark Tank-style pitching game as a young man, earning money to propel your business and progressing from a regional program to a national event.
Three students were awarded $1,500 each for their winning business ideas, which they presented at a showcase sponsored by the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) Southern Region.These young entrepreneurs will bring their businesses to New York in mid-October to compete for the $18,000 national championship title and prize money.

The NFTE South Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge took place on June 2, 2022 in the lobby of the UNT Dallas Student Center campus and was awarded to EY and UNT Dallas with joint support from the Citi Foundation and Mary Kay Inc.
